Grace Place School offers full-time and part-time urban ministry opportunities designed to support vulnerable teens in Fort Lauderdale, FL.

If you feel called to serve at-risk youth, joining the Grace Place family could be your next step. As part of our team, you’ll provide guidance, education, and God’s love in practical and impactful ways.

Commitment and Qualifications

  • Timeframe | Positions are ideally a commitment of 6–12 months to build trust and make a lasting impact.

  • Age Requirement | Applicants must be 20 or older. Retired professionals are encouraged to apply.

  • Background Check | Candidates selected for an assignment must pass a Level 2 security background check before acceptance.

  • Faith Alignment | Missionaries must agree to our statement of Christian faith and live a lifestyle in step with that faith statement.

Financial Support and Housing

Positions are unpaid. Missionaries raise support through churches or Reliant Ministries, with Grace Place offering assistance in securing affordable housing when needed.
